Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Shade 45! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility: a. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. b. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. c. The following items are not eligible for return: Accessories, Shorts, Boxers.

2. Return Process: a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@shade45.in or call - +91 93428 90030 and provide your order details. b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. c. Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchange: a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange. b. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt of the order. b. We may require photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide a resolution.

5. Non-Compliance with Return Policy: a. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1 may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee. b. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. c. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that this Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Shade 45. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return policy.

There is strictly no refund whatsoever, the company is liable only for exchange due to any reason.
